The venue — HT.01
One power station, three spaces
Built in 1921 to power Liège's trams, unplugged in 1978, switched back on in 2019 — for something else. We kept the overhead cranes, the walkways and the control board. The rest is what you bring.
The turbine hall
650 standing · 900 m² — 14 m to the trusses
The main floor: modular stage, original overhead crane, retractable seating. Concerts, club nights, product launches.
The transformer yard
250 people · 400 m² open-air
Between the old transformers — string lights and food trucks. Open April to October, on its own or as an extension.

Before you plug in
What's the real capacity?
650 standing in the hall, 120 on the mezzanine, 250 in the yard (April–October). Seated: 320 on the tiers. These numbers come from the fire brigade, not the marketing team.
Is sound really included in the hire?
Yes: PA, console, basic lighting and a sound engineer for the whole event. You only bring your artists or speakers. Backline and show lighting as options.
How late can we play?
Music off at 3 a.m., no exceptions — that deal with the neighbours is what keeps us open. The bar serves until 3:30 a.m., everyone out by 4.
Set caterer or free choice?
Free choice — with three partner caterers who know the venue if you want to move fast. Prep kitchen and cold room on site, food trucks welcome in the yard.
How does booking work?
You check your date (ALTAIR does it live), we confirm availability within 24 hours, then a venue visit and a detailed quote. A 30% deposit locks in your date.
How do we get there, where do we park?
Tram 1, Coronmeuse stop 200 m away, a 400-space public car park 5 minutes on foot, bike parking in the yard. Loading dock for the tech.
